The Regent Cottage features an expansive deck with stunning views across the property, a telescope to explore the wildlife and the spectacular night skies.
The early 1900's cottage is the original farm house with fully refurbished interior fixtures and fittings, and an intricately-maintained exterior. All care has been taken to restore and maintain the original architectural features of the exterior of the original homestead. The original interior hard-wood beams and walls have all been beautifully restored.

The Regent Cottage is fully self-contained with luxury fixtures and fittings including:
- Designer kitchen and bathroom
- One double bedroom with luxury Queen bed

- Large-screen OLED TV with Foxtel, Netflix & WiFi access
- All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils
- Freshly baked bread on arrival

- Supplies: Kempsey shopping district is within a 25 minute trip. We recommend The L-Bo butcher on Elbow St Kempsey for the best cuts in town and Cellarbrations for a great selection of beer, wine and spirits with ample parking. Coles and Aldi supermarkets along with specialty stores featuring local Kempsey produce are also located in town.

- Stroll the property early morning or at dusk and explore the abundant wildlife and birdlife
- Take a dip in the plunge pool with amazing views over the farm
- Heat up in the Red Cedar Barrel Sauna Coming soon!!!
- Swim in the freshwater creek when flowing
- Relax on the Regent Cottage deck with a local ale or glass of wine
- Navigate one of the nearby walking or biking trails
- Take a shower outdoors, take in the panoramic district views
- Explore the local attractions of the region - including the Collombatti Lookout and the surrounding towns of Frederickton, Bellbrook and Gladstone - visit the See and Do section of this website for more ideas
Master Bedroom
Our master bedroom has been designed to ensure complete comfort and relaxation, features include:
- Queen size bed with fresh crisp bamboo & cotton linen
- Superior quality pillows x four
- Koala Mattress one of the most comfortable you can get
- Reading lamp
- Ceiling fan
- Wardrobe and full length mirror
- Blankets and doona to adjust for all temperatures
- Or, if you want to inhale the expansive night galaxy, pack your swag and sleep under the stars outside the cottage (Note, it is not recommended to sleep outside the fence boundary due to roaming cattle)

House Rules
A few guidelines that will make your stay safe and comfortable
- We are dog friendly but they must be vaccinated and should have tick & flea tablets as there are few about on the farm, we ask that dogs not be allowed on the couch and bed. We only ask that if your dog leaves lots of hair that you vacuum it up before check out.
- As much as we love our free-range chooks, they're not fans of uncontrolled dogs, especially after 10am when they are let out. So, please keep your furry friend in check. The cows aren't big fans of dogs either, and if they have calves, they're ready to protect them. So, let's keep everyone safe.
- The hosts don't allow parties
- We are a No Smoking property in-line with Australian Government health regulations

- Mobile phone coverage is not the best, there is free superfast WiFi and emergency calling facilities if required.
